Super friendly staff.. Go out of your way to help.. And always with a smile.
Got up grated to a superior room... A lovely surprise, lovely clean roo... Slept like a log during our stay.
So many choices during Breakfast.. Not to be missed if staying here.
Centrally located, with easy reach of Tram / Main train station and a couple of shopping malls too.
Definitely recommend for city centre stay. Thank you to all the staff for a great service!

The staffs are very friendly. The breakfast is excellent and they have so many selections of food and big time window. The location is also so convenient to major downtown areas. It is not a luxury hotel but very good for such location and services

Great, helpful staff and we enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable, though the windows didn’t open, and cool for sleeping. It was a bit awkwardly shaped.

The staff is incredibly helpful. I arrived late because my flight was delayed, and they were still at the front desk, ready to assist me. The breakfast was the most varied I've ever seen at a hotel, and everything was spotless. The hotel's location is extremely central, making it easy to get around. The morning receptionist was wonderful and shared fascinating stories about what it's like to live through the winter in Finland. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Quiet and comfortable. Very helpful staff. Really appreciated the early breakfast option as we had to go to the airport at 5:30 am. 5 minute walk to airport. Also could easily take train to downtown Helsinki.
