We just spent a night and had a good time. The room was spacious and looked newly refurbished. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast, Dinner and the 4pm snack (and hot drink) were complimentary. Employees were all friendly and kind. We recommend.

Super friendly staff.. Go out of your way to help.. And always with a smile.
Got up grated to a superior room... A lovely surprise, lovely clean roo... Slept like a log during our stay.
So many choices during Breakfast.. Not to be missed if staying here.
Centrally located, with easy reach of Tram / Main train station and a couple of shopping malls too.
Definitely recommend for city centre stay. Thank you to all the staff for a great service!

The staffs are very friendly. The breakfast is excellent and they have so many selections of food and big time window. The location is also so convenient to major downtown areas. It is not a luxury hotel but very good for such location and services

Staff, clean room, food and bar, plus airport travel very good, along with price for two rooms. Did not have the breakfast. Bed wasn't the most comfortable for us. There was vacancy; it's a big hotel with many rooms, yet we all could hear our neighbors.
