Because of the swimming pool I booked it to stay, but they require me to wear a real swimming cap to be able to swim. Otherwise had to pay them 10 mop. No any relaxing swimming pool in any hotel had such an unrealistic and ridiculous requirement. Ruined my relaxing trip. Was asking the receptionist to make a reservation for my dinner reservation , he was telling me there would be 5 MOP charges. Unbelievable this hotel was the any one not try to help their customers for their simple local needs since I didn’t have local phone and I have been traveling all over the world. The most outrageous thing was: The bell boy was very rude, walking away while I was asking him questions, doesn’t understand any simple English. Told him to book taxi to airport, but he booked to the ferry for border crossing to mainland China. Caused so much problem for me again without a local phone to order another one to Macau airport. Fortunately after trying over 10 minutes, one lady taxi driver helped me to book another one to airport, cost me extra 10 USD. NOT recommended to anyone not speak Cantonese, even I speak Mandarin, official language, not helpful.

Perfect location for being between the casinos and the historic area of Macau. Room was big and clean. Staff were helpful, friendly, and had excellent English skills

Exterior wall definitely needs facelift to make it look attractive. Other then is, overall is a very good hotel, price, location and amenities around is very convenient. Must try 18th dim sum restaurant. Super good deal.
