We had a fantastic seven-night stay at the Royal Blue Hotel! Our family occupied two suites, both of which were well-maintained and cleaned daily. A special thank you to our lovely Filipina housekeeper, whose name we unfortunately didn't get, for taking such great care of our rooms. The breakfast at Vista Restaurant was decent, although after seven days, we wished there had been a bit more variety in the selections. Dragana at Vista was especially attentive and welcoming, as were the other staff members we encountered throughout our stay. We also appreciated being able to access the neighboring properties, which added to the overall experience (additional options for pools, etc. were nice). A couple of areas for improvement: It would be nice to have water dispensers available throughout the property or complimentary bottled water replenished in the rooms daily. Additionally, the Guest Relations team could be more proactive and helpful. When we approached them with questions, the responses often seemed to be along the lines of "you can call them yourselves" or "Google it," rather than offering assistance or guidance. For a property of this caliber, we expected a more service-oriented approach. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Royal Blue. The beautiful property, comfortable accommodations, and friendly staff made for a memorable family vacation. With a few improvements to the guest experience, it could be even better!
