Enjoyed our 4-night stay on the club level. Hotel and room were very clean and well kept. Club lounge is wonderful. Hotel accepts luggage delivery, but does not accept outside food (so no Urber Eats delivery is allowed). Room was large and spacious, however we found the bed and the pillows a little hard (which is not uncommon in our travels throught Japan). Room doesn't have a smart TV, so no chrome casting movies.
Hotel is located in a remote location. 30 mins from downtown so the free bus to the Hiroshima station is appreciated, however will it would be nice if it started before 9:50 am as the City bus is easy to use but very crowed. Tour boats leave right from the hotel which is great and the sunlight cruise was beautiful..
Would definitely stay again.

"The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It’s about 5 minutes from from Hiroshima station. The rooms are very small, smaller than normal Japanese rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is older and rooms very small, but location is good close to Shinkansen."

"This place has 5 floors and one slow elevator. They put me on the 2nd floor capsule, 4th floor lockers, 5th floor spa , 1st floor shoes. A lot of work to come and go at this place from changing your cloth to getting your shoes . No signs in English glad I was there for only one night."
