Had a wonderful stay at Samaya Hotel Deira. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and located in a perfect area close to many attractions and shopping spots. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always made us feel welcome. The rooms were spacious, the service was excellent, and the overall experience made our family trip to Dubai even more special. Special thanks to Krishna for helping us so much during our stay and making everything smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai with family or friends!

Exceptional customer service, beautiful room, great location, good food selection, very polite and helpful staff and we had an amazing time!!! Thank you for the fruit basket and handwritten card for my husbands’ birthday, that was very kind!

We came home from dinner to our bathroom being flooded. Maintenance was called, and they said it was from a blocked air conditioner vent. I requested a new room to avoid the flood happening in the middle of the night, and also explained the air conditioner had been cutting out and wasn’t working properly. There was also mould around the vent in the main room. This request was denyed. Other than this issue, the staff were lovely, though I still wouldn’t stay at this hotel again
