Small rooms- lower level rooms are more modern than the upper rooms. We had 3 rooms- city views are not city views. No microwave but fridge available. Need a trashcan in the lobby- people left their trash because of this. Security present but room keys not needed for after hours entry to hotel, lobby, bathrooms, or floors. Bar closes at 10pm- very early for a bar in NYC and no room service

Friendly and professional staff, Nikki and Lizbeth were very nice and helpful. I enjoyed the delicious cappuccino Lizbeth was making for me with her welcoming smile. The room was cleaned the next day and smelled good when we came back. I will for sure stay at this hotel when I come visit my daughter at school.

I had a good time. This is the second time I’ve stayed. This is more of a young adult or adult with no kids type of hotel, I think if a family stayed here they wouldn’t be too into it. The first time I stayed the club downstairs was open and it was loud. I had no issue with it but I’m sure some would. I got a free drink ticket and went myself! It was cute and the vibe was chill. Good music. This time the club wasn’t open and it was actually pretty quiet (as much as the city can be). The staff is super friendly and helpful. Will be staying more!
