This was a wonderful hotel. Staff was excellent and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this hotel. Staff attentive. Room was extremely clean. If we needed additional items, staff immediately took care of it.

Good location clean room. Shower was a bit slow needed more power. AC didn’t work to good. But overall a good stay.

Great central location, friendly staff, and clean, comfortable rooms. The only thing I’d mention is that the shower floor is quite slippery. I actually fell while showering. Thankfully, it wasn’t a serious fall. Other than that, the hotel is fabulous and we had a great stay.

Great hotel with clean comfortable rooms and very helpful front-desk staff. We arrived early and they were kind enough to find us a room within an hour, even though we then went out immediately to explore the area. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from a great department store (El Corte Inglés Lisboa) with a supermarket in the basement and a food court on an upper floor. We didn’t book breakfast at the hotel because we have too many food allergies, and it’s easier for us to find specialist GF restaurants in town. The hotel’s outdoor pool area was well-equipped with comfortable beds and towels, but there aren’t enough beds for everybody so it fills up after lunch. We would certainly consider staying here again. Ubers are plentiful to get around town.

It was just ok. Need some update here and there but you got what you paid for. Closed to almost everywhere, near super market and coin laundry. But Coimbra itself is very walkable city. I stayed for one night, and most of time I was out enjoying the city. In my opinion it need more lights inside the room. Staff were helpful though

Booked with Expedia and the hotel changed the room I needed when we arrived. I had to pay for another room. They said I included a baby and I do not have a baby, so, a small room with 2 beds was assigned, when I specified 3 beds.
