Very nice, staff was top notch.

The stay was pleasant with staff friendly and full of smiles. (Despite Covid and face mask on) European grandeur aplenty. Room was large and very clean. Very convenient as we start the day in the park itself and the park shuttle bus stop isn’t far away. Overall would reccomend to pamper yourself a bit should you only stay one night to take in the amazing Huis Ten Bosch experience.

We couldn’t make up our mind if we should stay inside or just outside the park . So happy we did stay inside as it was so much fun to walk around . Enjoy the local restaurants and go back to the hotel . For the next day the hotel price included a day pass for the park which explains the difference in prices .

Very amazing experience staying next to a stadium. Our room overlooking the hills and our breakfast is beside the stadium which you can access in. Staff is excellent, the onsen is excellent, the room is amazing and the kids loved it so much. My kids are still talking about it ♥️. Thank you very much. Beautiful setting and centralized location. Very clean and modern rooms with courteous staff

The room overall was nice with the separate washroom and traditional shower, a kitchen, and a TV. The only bad part was the cleanliness of the couch and beds. The couch had an unlimited amount of stains from who knows where. The beds also had a bit of a stench to them, but you get used to it after a bit.

Check in process was confusing with the tablet. No real person to check you in. There was a fee of 500 yen per person which we did not know about. The elevator had a very bad odor. Limited amenities inside the room, only provided towels and toothbrush. No umbrellas provided. The room also had a very bad odor. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Overall ok stay.
