8.6/10 Excellent! (941 reviews)
The room was spacious and colourful. We booked a triple room. The toilet was clean and functional however it did smell a bit. The area is quiet and just outside the city center with easy connection via tram or metro. However it’s dark at night so it feels scary. We decided to use a taxi back at night. Breakfast was good and varied. Staff helpful.

8.2/10 Very Good! (154 reviews)
There is no public place where you can get your water or hot water which is very inconvenient for travelers who need hot water often. Many hotels where I stayed provide such service in the lobby.

"Amazing hotel near praterstern station, very classic Austrian feel and away from the huddle and bustle of stephanzplatz which is nice. Would highly reccomend this hotel whilst in Vienna"
