The location of the resort was perfect. The villa we stayed in was clean. There was no noise which was perfect. Having the creek behind the property is a 10. Really enjoyed oir stay. Will definitely stay at the arroyo creek resort in the future.

The property was nice and the staff were friendly. The only reason I didn’t provide a higher score was because there was no tv service due to a water leak that occurred during remodeling.

Clean room, but like many other reviewers stated: musty smell in the restroom. Most likely attributed to the water they state is recycled. We were very surprised to find the room did not come with any water out of courtesy. We were especially thirsty after a 7 hour drive. When we left, our room was serviced and we found one bed half way made and the other left as is, with pillow on the floor. Only trash was taken out and towels restocked. My fiancé joked that the person servicing must have been in a rush and cared less. AC was loud at times during the night.

Beautiful views, outstanding amenities, great costumer service! Every staff member was so kind! Beautiful place to visit and stay!
