Concierge staff were polite and welcoming. Male staff at the door were jolly and helpful with my heavy luggage. Breakfast was good with more varied selections. However, didnt enjoy taking a shower with my feet submerged in 2 inches of water because the drain was plugged up and not draining fast enough.Yuk! Sone tile floors leading to the breakfast dining room were popping off the floor, I almost tripped and fell. Concerned about th uneven floors, some floors were sunken. Covering them with wall to wall carpet doesn't hide the fact that the tiles are breaking and/or popping off the floor due to the building settling, or worse, sinking due to foundation problems. God forbid! Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Let’s start with the bad:
Rooms are not big, but acceptable.
Shower (it is together with the toilet in the same room) is tiny! The smallest I have ever seen in any hotel worldwide.
Shower drainage is not so good. A bit of smell in the bathroom…
Menus in the room (for ordering food) were sticky and dirty!
Breakfast definitely does NOT worth the amount of 950 p.
It is a big buffet, but I did not find too many items I actually like…
If you are dreaming about yogurt or cheese, forget it. Nothing of this.
Grabbing one delicious dish from a nearby Starbucks or other cafe, would be a much better deal.
The restaurant is so crowded, way too many tables and chairs, in this hall, resulting in unpleasant move around the restaurant.
The good things:
I gave it a total of 4 out of 5 stars, mainly because of the friendliness and great hospitality of the Philippino people.
Beds and pillows are SUPER comfortable! Which is very important.
Room is stocked nicely with bottles of water, tea and coffee.
Overall, the hotel is nice, just that is was not built in very high standards.
But will stay again, it was not bad.
