Came here to stay last minute after flying in. Wasn’t able to find reservation at first. After getting to room we noticed there was only 2 towels so we called down for more towels pillow and water. After waiting over an hour we had to call back in order to get someone to help. They had forgotten us with the shift change. We had a long day of travel and there were 4 of us total. We simply wanted somewhere to lay our heads safely but we’re willing to pay more because of the good reviews and location. I know pillow and towels doesn’t seem like a big deal, but it is when you pay a premium rate you expect premium results in a timely manner.

We arrived early and used the luggage storage service and parking. Staff were great and took care of everything. Parking for check in can be a little tricky if there are multiple people arriving at the same time. But, we didn’t have any issues. Although you must pay additional for parking, you are in downtown Seattle and you could pay much more on your own. Area does have some homeless issues, but so does any area of Seattle. But, the doors are locked at night with on site security checking for any issues. Overall the hotel is very clean and is in very good condition. Bed was comfortable, shower was warm, and everything is in walking distance. I will stay here again if traveling to Seattle.

We stay here often for concerts at Climate Pledge. Great stay and great location.
