Nice hotel..

I was very disappointed with this resort. Instead of focusing on providing a great guest experience, it felt like everything was designed to get as much money as possible from tourists. One of the biggest issues was transportation. We agreed on one taxi price, but a higher amount was charged to my credit card without my authorization. That is completely unacceptable and made me lose trust immediately. Many of the staff were also very pushy, constantly trying to sell extra services or products. It became exhausting after a while because it felt like every interaction was about spending more money. Unfortunately, I also noticed that some employees appeared to have poor hygiene, especially after working in the heat, which was unpleasant in a luxury resort. I paid almost $5,000 for a 7-day stay, so I expected a much higher standard of service, professionalism, and honesty. Sadly, the experience did not match the price. I’ve had much better experiences at resorts in Mexico, where I felt welcomed instead of constantly being treated like a source of extra income. I would not return, and I cannot recommend this resort based on my experience.

What an absolutely amazing hotel. The staff are very attentive, the food is amazing, and the atmosphere is top notch.

We had a wonderful stay at Sherwood Exclusive Lara! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The food was delicious with a great variety of options, and the restaurants and bars offered excellent service. The pools, beach, and entertainment were fantastic, making every day enjoyable for both adults and children. We had little problem with the AC and they solve it. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable vacation. I would definitely recommend Sherwood Exclusive Lara to anyone looking for a high-quality all-inclusive holiday, and I would love to come back again!
