This is my first time staying out by the airport when in Singapore for a day or two rather than choosing a downtown hotel location. I was very pleased with my choice. The hotel is very clean, has good amenities, and the room was very comfortable. Staff were exceptional -- very quick at check-in and all staff that I encountered were very nice. Exceptionally convenient being one stop from the airport on the MRT and with two lines directly next door heading into CBD. Also, a shopping mall next door for anything you need. Solid value for money and I will definitely stay again.

The hotel has an excellent location being close to the mall and the airport. The suite I had was clean and well maintained. The breakfast spread was excellent with a good mix of local and continental dishes. I’d definitely want to stay there again when I’m in Singapore.

Good location. A MRT station is in front of the main entrance of the hotel. A shopping mall and a food market are just on the opposite side of the road. Very convenient to every part of Singapore. Spacious room, clean and comfortable. However, the room temperature was too low but the air conditioning system cannot be adjusted. Even the friendly staff were not able to help.

The A/C remote is not Indicator was not lit so we don’t know what comes out. Room was locked and very hot and humid as we walked in. Please leave couple of extra tea/coffee. The fix breakfast is too much to consume in morning, better to have selection by choice eg. eggs and toast!
