The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Was good to have parking there made it very convenient. It was centrally located as well so it made traveling very easy. The rooms and bathroom were nice.

The apartment was within walking distance to the mall and local stores. It was great to have a garage parking spot since parking is usually tough in the city. The was a better choice over a hotel because we needed the room for 4 people. I would stay there again and recommend the location to family and friends.

The place was great - but it was VERY STRESSFUL to figure out the parking. They sent us a link on google maps, but there was no sign to say that it belonged to the hotel, in fact, there were signs saying it belonged to other people! We tried to call the contact number they gave us, but no one answered. We called twice and sent several texts with questions. They were not looked at till the next day when it was WAY too late. It is a very busy part of town and parking is stressful to find. They need to figure out a better system and they need to answer the phone when people call for help.

Great location, beautiful hotel, very helpful staff. Loved having Elizabeth (the trendy spot) in the same building and the Galerija shopping mall so close by. Would def come back

My parents had a wonderful stay at this property in Belgrade. The room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hosts were welcoming, kind, and very helpful throughout their stay, making them feel right at home. The location was convenient, and everything they needed was close by. They were very impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and overall hospitality. They would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Belgrade.
