One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing breakfast—a lavish spread of high-quality dishes, from fresh pastries to perfectly cooked eggs and an impressive selection of Japanese and international cuisine. Every bite was a delight! The staff was attentive and professional, always going the extra mile to ensure a seamless experience. From check-in to check-out, everything was flawless. Friendly staff and very accommodating!! They are respectful and ready to assist! They did not meet on the first day what has been booked! They gave me a transit bedroom hence wasted a day and a half worrying when a the right and booked type room will be set!!

If you're looking for a relaxing and peaceful place to stay at Puerto Galera with accommodating and friendly staff, Badladz is the place to be! They have the amenities to make you feel at home and feel rejuvenated -- board games, pool, beach, food (tastes amazing and their menu has a variety of options), friendly and accommodating staff (shout out to Ate Ella, Ate Jonalyn, Ate Rina), and relaxing spa services by Ate Harmony, Ate Lei, and Ate Joan. Facilities were also well maintained, from restrooms, hallways, to the rooms. We definitely recommend this place!

Property is a little far from the airport. Also, there are only Chinese restaurants to choose from and there was one Vietnamese restaurant. Three restaurants are very close to this hotel. You can easily and quickly walk to these restaurants. My wife and I could not eat inside any of the Chinese restaurants because they allow smoking inside while you are eating. We walked into two Chinese restaurants and immediately turned around and left due to the offensive cigarette smoke. As you may be able to guess, we do not smoke. I actually detest the smell of cigarette smoke. We inquired at the front desk about laundering my clothes, and there is a laundry service available. I dropped my soiled clothes at the front desk, and the clothes were cleaned and returned the next day. That was nice. I saw a couple of cockroaches in our hotel room.

Ive had a very good experience. Special mention to Elvie ( or Pyang). She is very helpful and very accommodating. I just hope that the management would look at these people in dining (4th floor) an asset to their hospitality business. These people worked hard to give good impressions to their guest. I am definitely comibg back again in my future endeavors!

The price is affordable, the location is excellent, the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff ( Mel) is friendly and accommodating. I would love to come back next time. Because it has its kitchenette, we cooked for breakfast and saved money. I will recommend this Airbnb to my friends and anyone.

Best place to stay in Makati with superb service!

Extremely friendly people! My room had a lovely view. Most importantly, the air conditioning worked well! Great price for a great stay!
