Staff is nice and friendly, and the location is very convenient. Whether it is really clean... with bedsheets really fresh... not so sure. Soap was missing in both shower and sink area, and they promptly brought me... a half used Nivea Men shower gel bottle, and a small shampoo bottle from a random hotel. Well, all a bit improvised, but the staff was at least trying their best and I don't think it is their fault.

The staff were very helpful and polite, the restaurant was fantastic and the room was beautiful.
My only negative was that every time I tried to order room service, I had to call repeatedly for up to 30 mins in order to get an answer.

5-star hotel in central Frankfurt. Rooms are impeccable, great pillows, mattresses, entertainment. Situated close to everything. Staff are all highly trained and spectacular. Very expensive but you get what you pay for. Would avoid restaurant "Oscar's-" overpriced and poor service/food average at best. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Avoid "Valet" parking- public parking garage across street 25 Euro/day and that's where valet parks car and charges 45 Euro/day
