Shower had excellent pressure, but the room was very cold, blinds do not block out the light, and the building wasn't in the best repair.

Staff were helpful, and very accommodating of our later arrival. Room was as expected for the price we paid. Only thing that wasn't great was the lack of ventilation in the bathroom, the entire bathroom was dripping wet after using the shower which left us having to use our towels to dry the floor, meaning we needed more towels and couldn't help with the environmental notice. Otherwise it was what we needed to rest our head at the end of each day for our short trip.

Location is great for what we needed. The decor is very outdated and the room etc were not super clean. The spa was not hot. The TV was terrible unwatchable and when I asked staff to look at it they were useless and laughed and said sorry the chsnnel you want to watch is not working and theres nothing I can do. I wouldn’t stay again.

Lovely rooms and the spa tub was divine. The bed was ultra comfortable and the studio unit great. The gym equipment is a mixture of old and just working but the sauna and pool are excellent. I had a little issue with the receptionist and a room key card that stopped working right on 10.00am at checkout...leaving a couple of shoe items locked in the room. First time i have ever had that and we travel regularly locally and internationally. Otherwise a nice place with gym equipment that needs maintenance.
