Great spot in Manila. They upgraded my room big time to an executive suite. Lots of places nearby to eat. Definitely will comeback next time.

The hotel was well decorated and very cozy. The staff will absolutely impress you with there great hospitality and smiles throughout the whole hotel.

They only allow 1 face, hand and body towel. Requested more but was told just one per room. I like to have a towel to wipe down the counter after washing my face. Hotel smelled like sewer the entire time. Door to room would t close properly. Had to keep pushing to close. Ate at the restaurant, took 2 hours of I get food. Has to ask for my tea 3 times! Finally after almost 2 hours, they bought a cup. Was told after that because of the typhoon warning, many staff didn’t show up for work. Completely understandable but that something you should tell people when they sit down. We keep asking when our food is coming, was told 15 more minutes numerous times. Finally when we got angry, they said they are short staff. Still, 2 hours to bring tea is a bit ridiculous.

My wife and I rented a studio with a kitchenette, washer and dryer for about a month. The place was clean, quiet, highly secured. The staff was very friendly and welcoming just the way anyone would like to be treated. The view from our room was very nice, the Pasig river and the surrounding skyline very impressive. Our room included an assigned parking space. Next to the living quarters is a huge shopping mall, grocery and world class shopping and dining. Public transportation is also available. Highly recommended place stay!

Absolutely loved the view of Manila bay, room was clean tidy, staff was fantastic, anything needed was provided, great commutation from all the staff

Bath towel had stain on it. Face towel not available. Robe looks overly used. Breakfast buffet selection average compared to other five star hotels I've stayed before. Some of the local delicacies ran out at 8am.

Spacious, beautiful place

This is my second time checking in this place. And all i can i say I totally love it. The room is spacious, they also have utensils, kitchenware that you can use if you wanna cook your meal. The pool is great as well. And this place is also very close to Malls and other popular places in Manila. lastly i love this place because of the Host. It was very easy communicate with the host. The host is very nice and accomodating. Will definitely recommend this place and I will surely use this again next time.
