The hotel was convenient for an overnight stay, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of parking. However, the room was clearly in need of better maintenance. The ceiling had visible stains, the walls were scuffed and needed repainting, the carpet looked like it needed deep cleaning, and there was peeling paint above the shower. It felt like the room had not been properly refreshed or renovated in a long time. Overall, it was an acceptable stay, but better maintenance would make a big difference.

stay away from rooms 317 and 318 unless you like spiral staircases

The staff made our stay! Renado went above and beyond for us! He was the whole reason that we are coming back to stay in two weeks. Beautiful hotel and great location. Just across from Central Station. Easy for the tram and walkable to many attractions.

Very nice hotel. Disappointed that there was no mini fridge. I have never seen a Hampton without one.

Overall, this is a very nice hotel. It would’ve gotten a higher score except for the fact that they don’t answer the phone. We called many times looking for a room service for other questions about amenities and potential outings, but mostly got their hold recording for extended periods of time. This was both in the middle of the day and late at night. They clearly don’t have enough staff to answer the phone anytime they matter. Our average hold time was approximately five minutes. Song would’ve been longer, but we just got fed up and hot the phone. To me, and a five star hotel, that is totally unacceptable.

Self checkin, all depending on a link its provided to you on xpedia message. Pray you will aleays have battery in ur mibile upon hotel returning. Stairs. One door access to the hall, one code. Another access code for your room door. The room: from entrance: one step to bed-in front of you; one to the right to the bathroom… no window. The location is very good and their breakfast (not included). You cannot make the checkout earlier than date of leaving. The TV: cnn and bbc, the rest you need to pay. You can login with ur account to youtube though…

Clean, comfortable, cozy, quiet neighbourhood. Near public transport. No air conditioning, but still cool in summer (as no direct sun on windows). Staff very polite, friendly and helpful.

To start, I have to say this was the most disappointing hotel we stayed at during our trip through Europe. It also had the least friendly and least helpful customer service. I made a mistake when booking and accidentally reserved an extra night about three months before our stay. I realized the error less than 24 hours later and contacted the hotel immediately. Although I accepted that the mistake was mine, the hotel was unwilling to offer even a partial refund or any alternative accommodation, which was disappointing. The rooms were very small, the bathroom was not as clean as expected, and the windows did not seal properly and felt loose, which made the room less comfortable. That said, we still made the best of our stay. The hotel’s location is excellent, with many attractions within easy walking distance, and that was definitely its biggest advantage. I’m hesitant to recommend this hotel based on our experience. Of course, every stay is different, so take my review with a grain of salt, but I’m sharing my experience as honestly as I can.
