Clean room, friendly helpfull staff

We had a wonderful stay, rooms were super clean, warm and comfortable. The location is ideal and the staff were super friendly. Rob at the front desk was so kind and welcoming! Definitely recommend!

The bathroom and the room were dirty, there was no toilet paper. The service was terrible.

The staff was awesome. The upgraded the room because someone idiot stole one of ours suitcase.

Room was well presented and very clean. All the staff were exceptional. Special thank you to David in Selvar Restaurant. Wonderful host. All the staff in the restaurant were exceptional. The food was magnificent. Absolutely recommended dining at Selvar restaurant. Excellent connection to city centre utilising Metro. 20 euros for two 24 hrs multiple use metro tickets. A great hotel and peaceful after the hussle and bussle of Amsterdam.

The location is good. The staff is very helpful. We enjoying stay here.

Beautiful boutique in prime location, quiet cozy room, comfortable bed, great service

It was okay. Not much of amenities, safe box was not functioning in our room, we were not moved to a different room but was offered to put the items in a common safe box which was a hassle everyday. Housekeeping was also not that great. Overall, its convenient for daily travel to central station but amenities were not that great for the price

Great stay. The King suites are large.

Perfectly placed in the most perfect of cities! Quite gothic, and definitely not the 'normal' and 'corporate' of interiors adds to the charm. Staff were well annoying at check in - we got there seven minutes early and they wouldn't check us in then whilst standing waiting they checked in two other rooms... Apart from that that staff were lovely!!

Clean quiet room, excellent location value for money

the hotel is what you expect from a Yotel , small but great room, everything in top condition, restaurant staff very good. only negative is hotel is in a urban renewal part of the city , therefore nothing around it besides a great bakery across the road.
