Friendly and helpful staff. Bar staff friendly. Hotel room a little outdated but was good for one night. Comfortable. Location isn’t ideal.

Breakfast was amazing but overall the beds the bathroom everything was clean and comfortable. I would stay again if we ever go back to Zurich

Beautiful hotel with very nice staff and great breakfast

I booked this hotel expecting basic amenities, especially a hot shower and a comfortable night’s sleep. Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay, making it impossible to shower. This completely defeated one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. I informed the front desk, but the issue was not resolved in a timely manner, and there was no compensation offered. A functioning hot water system is a basic expectation for any hotel, and not having it significantly impacted my stay.

Overall decent place. Attention is needed and overall wouldn’t come back if coming to Zurich.

Excellent all round. Food and service outstanding. Widder restaurant a standout for quality of food, atmosphere and service. Highly recommend.

Perfect location to mix lake swimming and city sightseeing.

This is our go to when flying in or out of Zürich. Always clean and comfortable. The last time we had access to a club floor, but i"amenities had closed early. This time we weren't given that offer. The restaurant attached offers an excellent breakfast. Dinner is overpriced and while it is advertised as a Lebanese restaurant, I would classify it more as a "Middle Eastern fusion".

Clean rooms, ease of close transportation, and lots of shopping right there.

Beautiful spacious apartment, easy walking distance from the train station, with wonderful views across the city. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean.

Clean and very functional apartment in an amazing location. Short walk to great restaurants, the lake, trams, and the train station. Host is very responsive to phone calls.
