Swimming pool not available. Advised to pay to go the sports facility next to hotel. Specialist swim attire was necessary there though. Room design funky but toilet was separate to the rest of bathroom and too far away from the handwash basin for hygiene purposes. Cleaner did not clean room on the Sunday despite sign up on room door. Breakfast options good but tables dirty. Super nice lady on reception but she seemed overworked. Generally, feels like 3 star attention to detail.

The property is at a great location for the middle of Lyon. Great access to cafe's, bars, and shopping. Quick walk across the Saone to Old Lyon. Restaurant located on site was very nice, we had the buffet. We were also able to store luggage and even use the bathroom as we walked around after checkout. Highly recommend.

We are so pleased with property, and over the moon at the kindness and helpfulness of the staff! I would love it if all the hotels in all the places we stay would be so gracious as the Pullman Lyon staff. Merci beaucoup!

Beautiful old style hotel with modern amenities. The air conditioning and elevator were a big benefit. The room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated.

The room was very nice, but run down. we had a garden view. There was no garden and the windows were blacked out, it was claustrophobic. It was 39 degrees outside. The air conditioner did not keep room cool. The breakfast room amd lounge were beautiful.
