Did not do the breakfast buffet. Restaurant was good, if a bit slow.

Check in was very fast and efficient. They let us in to our room in the morning when we arrived in Copenhagen. Room clean, breakfast had a wide assortment of foods.

Amazing location, next to the train station. Good coffee shops, restaurants & a small grocery store within minutes. Hop on hop off bus right outside hotel. Tivoli Gardens opposite. However, there was street noise from traffic. Room was very warm & because of street noise could not open windows at night. Hotel AC is only turned on in May. Buffet breakfast was good. Hotel is very dated & therefore felt tired & run down. All staff were polite professional & extremely helpful.

The staff were very pleasant and the room was comfortable.

Easy access to metro. Clean with great amenities. Easy self check-in / check-out. Great rooftop amenities.

The only thing that I would have liked to have was a broom for the room so we could tidy up after ourselves every couple days. This location was in a quiet part of town with great access to a couple local attractions and great proximity to the metro and lots of great places to eat.
