Franciacorta Wine Area Beach Vacations

It is close to Milano Termini, but definitely the facility is outdated and in a way worn out, like old airport hotels in the states. It is clean. No air conditioning for some technical issues.

Good location walking distance to Piazza Duomo. Hotel is nice and clean except you can hear the rush of flowing water from the wall. Good breakfast in their restaurant located on the top floor with excellent views. Staff was helpful except during check in when I mentioned that I have Expedia VIP status, they kind of just laughed and said “Ok, so?” I told them I’m supposed to mention it when I check in. Anyway, I asked again later on in the day and I was told to just pick a bottle of wine or prosecco from the mini fridge. There were no wines in the fridge. There was a small bottle of Prosecco so I just didn’t bother at all.

Loved this hotel! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed the rooftop bar and pool with amazing views of Milan!

The beds are quite uncomfortable and it was really cold. They told me legally they couldn’t turn on the heat.

We didn’t have the chance to use both but they gave us a packed good breakfast since we left so early in the morning.The property is just so near to the duomo, shopping area, restaurants.The only bad comment that i observed is the front desk people . They need a young generation to navigate the computer system.it took them so long to check us in.& besides they are not courteous or they are just racist!

Outstanding service and facilities at the best hotel address when visiting Milan.

It was a great stopover on our way to Cinque Terre, we really only slept and showered but staff was very nice! Excellent location for train station.

The Filipino Staff at the Front Desk, Kitchen and Housekeeping were very friendly and helpful. The Reception Desk Staff were all accommodating and provided the information we needed. Thank you

I did not find the shuttle area pick up at the airport MXP. Building needs paint inside and outside. A kind of bug and a big spider in my room. Grout in the Bathroom tile on the shower cabin was dirty (black) . The shuttle service from hotel to airport was on time and conductor very nice.

Very nosy in breakfast area and in rooms corridor. One of staff at reception not good when I check in. She gave me room card not open when I come back she reprogramming the card and not working make me come back to here but she didn’t believe and she come to be sure and then she ask somebody to change the card.
