Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and modern and were cleaned every day.

Bartender Marco was awesome! Would come back just to chat with him again.

Beautiful design and attention to detail. Food and drink were excellent, not the usual overpriced bland hotel restaurant food. Staff were wonderful and authentic. Great views from the Coco Chanel suite.

Booked this hotel the same night we got there due to cancelled flight and staff were great, we rang up before we booked to check we could check in and they confirmed they would be there all night. The room was ready within 10 minutes of us arriving, nice room, balcony, comfy double bed, lovely shower and reasonably sized room. The rooftop we spent a long time on as we had a late flight on the last day, the day loungers are super comfy and there’s hot tubs up there too. Nice chilled town, lots of lovely restaurants along the same road, the lake nearby is very nice with a beach club/ restaurant on the water’s edge. The breakfast included in the stay was amazing, lots of options from eggs to pancakes to yogurt to cereal, staff were attentive too.
