We didn’t use the airport shuttle or laundry services as we only stayed one night. But it was a great stay after a long travel day. Staff were nice and helpful and I loved that the hotel was attached to the airport. The hotel was very quiet - we couldn’t hear any planes at all which surprised us.

I had to book this hotel last minute, because my flight was late and I couldn't get to Kyoto on time. I booked the smoking room by mistake, the staff was really accommodating and moved me to a non-smoking room. The room was extremely clean, spacious with an amazing view
