Clayton staff was terrific both for our first night in Dublin and our last - we chose the property based on proximity to the airport and were pleasantly surprised at how convenient everything was! Airport Shuttle was fantastic, front desk staff was friendly and accommodating when we arrived late due to a delayed flight, and our room was clean and quiet - the perfect place to begin and end our trip!

The front desk staff were excellent, the bar and restaurant staff were not!
The property has definitely declined, have stayed there several times and was very disappointed with the run down look of the rooms. The hotel rooms definitely needs freshening up, I would hesitate to recommend the hotel in its current state!

Good sized room.Nicely decorated.
Room was very warm- there was a fan in the room but AC would have been more appropriate.
A walk in shower would have been easier to use.Grab rail next to bath was loose.
Generous amount of tea and coffee.
Friendly staff on reception and at breakfast.
I thought breakfast was included with the twin room as it wasn't offered as an extra.We had to pay at the hotel.On the website you can book breakfast for other rooms as an extra and its cheaper than paying the hotel.

"The rooms need an update. No fans or air conditioning. Bed was very hard and slopping. Bathroom small without a fan and a very bad smell."
