The staff here were all amazing! They made us feel so special and we really enjoyed our stay.

Staff were fantastic. Helpful and courteous. The room was good except the picture windows. There was a huge seagull poop across the outside and multiple forehead grease smudges on the inside.

I loved everything about my hotel stay. The view from the balcony. Happy Hour with a friend in the restaurant. Sadly, trying to book dates in the next few months are suffering from the Vancouver World Cup effect. The prices are now astronomical. See you in November! Love this place

The hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Also the restaurant in the hotel was wonderful.

This is a beautiful property with very nice rooms and amenities, but what stands out is the exceptional service. Every single staff person we interacted with was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We travel quite a bit and I would put the service we rec'd in the top tier of all the high end hotels we've visited around the world.

Hotel is well located with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and a great grocery store close by. Just a block from the waterfront and a beautiful park and sea wall. Will definitely stay here again.

Room was amazing! Hotel is in such a convenient spot for concerts. Also staff is so accommodating it was raining outside and they lended us umbrellas to use to the concert !! Thank you so much we truly appreciated it! :) 10/10 would recommend staying here. They also allowed me to change the name on the reservation as I lost my credit card and had to switch it to my cousins name. Thank you so much ! Literally cannot thank you all enough. :)
