Love love love this place! My mum and I stayed for 5 nights and wished we can stay another week. The room is very comfortable and clean. Spacious for Japanese standards. The in-room washing machine is great and so convenient . The staff were very friendly and helpful. Helped to organise my luggage delivery to the next city as well. Thanks! The hotel is just a stroll from Osu shopping street which we loved. Not very near to the subway but still walkable. Planning to visit again next year!

Very spacious bunk room for a family with two teens. We are very impressive with friendly staff. A healthy choice of breakfast was a bonus.

We had a great stay on our mother daughter trip to Takayama. The location was perfect for getting around on foot close to many great landmarks. Our room had a beautiful view and was one of the biggest rooms we stayed in on our Japan trip. The onsen was a treat and the breakfast staff and front desk were so helpful and very kind. We loved our stay!

お部屋間取りは良かったです (日本人女性１人で宿泊しました) 前にお泊まりに綯ったのたが外国の方なのでは、、お部屋中に 香水の匂いが ツンと鼻をつく匂いで すぐ 換気をしたかったのですが 窓には網戸もないので それも躊躇して どこからこんなに匂っているのか 探しましたが 場所はわからず。。 シーツから匂う訳ではなさそうでした でもベッドか布地に 染み付いてしまっているのは確かで 絨毯に 香水こぼしたのか… お部屋を交換してもらおうか迷いました。 諸外国では 皆さん沢山香水をつけてらっしゃるから、キツイ香水についてはホテルのクリーン作業で これから課題かもしれないですね なんて考えながら お部屋交換のお願いはせず我慢をしてしまいました。
