Florence is a walkable city for most (uneven surfaces) making this a great location. It’s a 7 - 10 minute walk (depending on luggage) from the train station.
Great rooftop pool with great views and service. The Club sandwich is among the best we have ever had. Sunset in the pool was amazing too.
Breakfast was exceptional with great selection and great coffee !

Large room in a historic building. Great location near the must see historic attractions. Staff were very helpful especially when arranging a taxi to the train station. Only negatives are that the breakfasts left a bit to be desired and the rooms are due for a refresh, but overall would recommend.

The room was lovely and spacious. The spa treatments we booked were great. The breakfast had lots of variety and was tasty. We tried to use the spa amenities, specifically the whirl pool and it was lukewarm. Originally, we thought that was just the temperature it was supposed to be, but another couple came down and after feeling it told us it was hot the day before.
