Elaphiti Islands All inclusive Vacations

There are a couple of very important points you need to be aware of before booking this property. 1) You need to be able to climb 46 steep steps with your luggage to reach the first room - luckily we were in Apt 12, which appeared to be the nearest to street level. Not sure what we would have done if our room was lower numbered as it’s a big ask for a nearly 70 year old couple to manage that. 2) Unless I’m mistaken, this is not really a hotel in any sense, but a series of apartments. On the plus side, the room was very clean (the cleaner helped us store our luggage there at 10:00 a.m. as we had just finished our cruise) and cleaned the room and made it available from 11:00 which was very kind). The air conditioning was excellent and so was the shower. Needed more pillows (just one each). Dubrovnik is clearly a very expensive city as the price for this room is pretty staggering all things considered.

Hosts were GREAT and bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. We did not use parking as it was not a long walk to the old town (15 minutes) and to the closest beach (Banje beach-10 minute or less) and there is a small market and bar along the way; the VIEW from the balconies (one off the living area and master bedroom, and another one off of the second bedroom) is STUNNING. The hot pot and coffee machine were great as we sat on the balcony sipping our morning drink. The welcoming wine and snacks were put to good use! The drying rack on the balcony was great to dry our swim gear. Everything worked and it was a great value, but if you need to do any kind of business while there, be advised that the wifi while we were there was not reliable and only available in a small area of the apartment. It would have been impossible for us to do any kind of school or other work on wifi from the apartment-we have let the owners know so hopefully it will improve. This is NOT a fancy place; it is no-frills. It has what you need and nothing you don't. Beds were comfortable, but not lush, but we weren't looking for that. For the location, cleanliness, convenience, and ease of use, I would stay again for a few days, and even longer if the wifi was fixed.

Great place to stay in Old Town. Close to EVERYTHING. We were on the third floor which was the only unit with access to the terrace which was really nice! Anamaria was available at all times via Whatsapp and always answered in a timely manner. Did not get to meet her personally but she made sure we checked in alright. Great place to stay in the heart of old town surrounded by so many restaurants and shops and walking distance to pretty much everything! Did not need to rent a car once as we walked easily everywhere.

A nice, clean, and well-equipped apartment close to the old town and to the Inter-university Center where I attended a conference. AC works fine, which is very important, since Dubrovnik gets quite hot during the summer. WiFi’s speed was a bit unstable. Also, one needs to know that the hot water in the shower lasts for approximately 10 minutes (which is typical for places that have their own water heater), so

Great communication with manager, bed and pillows were comfy, the room is stocked with all the necessities. Very clean.

Beautiful place and stay!

Fantastic staff terrific set up with bay and open swimming options seamless, dependable food and just so pleasant surroundings…old Yugoslav (almost) brutalist concrete structure yet somehow cozy and perfectly integrated into nature.

Hôtel luxueux, personnel affable et prévenant. La vieille ville de Kotor est à 1 heure de marche donc un peu excentré mais en bord de mer. Excellente expérience qui vient toutefois avec un coût. Je le recommande chaudement.

The room and property are pristine. The breakfast was 10/10 The free parking and proximity to old town and nicer beaches was outstanding

Great location in the heart of old town Dubrovnik. Apartment was nice and spacious and easy access to everything without being on the busy Main Street. We enjoyed the stay very much. Communication with the host Nicholas was excellent and we had no issues through our the stay. Thank you and hopefully will be back again soon !

Loved the balcony and view. Both bedrooms large enough to be comfortable. Perfect for a longer stay
