Not recommend breakfast in the hotel.

The hotel staff was attentive and helpful.

The room is spacious and clean. The only problem is the bathroom. Its old and needs a TLC. The shower makes the floor flooded and the granite needs repair or replaced entirely.

2 stars hotel : old daicilities - needs remodeling/upgrades to charge rates >$150. - power outlets loose. Can’t charge phones… huge issues for foreign tourists. - safe has no power , so it’s useless. Reported to front desk and no services rendered.

Beautiful room, beautiful scenic area, 100% would come back again

we had the most relaxing end to our 3week holiday in Korea with the last 4 days staying at Douglas house. we were taken good care of by all the staff in particular the dinner staff and breakfast staff. Although the language barrier was a little challenging, they did their best to assist us. Lovely grounds to walk around, there is so much to see and do within the Ealkerhill complex. Thank you all and we would gladly come back again and also highly recommend anyone wanting to stay here

I stayed 4 nights Vista Walkerhill Hotel in Seoul. It was wonderful and both my husband and I were satisfied in most ares. It cleaned, all staffs are friendly. I stayed in Han liver view side. It gorgeous views and especially sunrise. The buffets (breakfast and Dinner) are also wonderful that I enjoyed. Only one thing short is no good restaurant near the village. The hotel is right next to Yongsan Station and extremely clean. The view from the room was fantastic too. I stay here every time I visit Yongsan.

Well located, close to subway and bus and busy area, friendly staff, we had heated floors in the room which was very nice!

The room was clean and the amenities are nice. This hotel lacks a laundry facility, so my family had to find a nearby laundromat to wash our clothes. The staff was very helpful and helped us with our requests. The hotel is in a decent location close by Myeong-dong and convenient to get to from Seoul station.
