Laundry service was great and quick, staff very friendly.

Have stayed here many times, excellent hospitality very clean beautiful rooms, live music every night and the atmosphere is amazing Just a few minutes from the market and the river boats and the MRT underground with easy links to airport and railway station. Very colourful and historic building.

Breakfast was good, great location, front desk staff friendly and helpful

TV don’t have Netflix connected. Provided slipper was dirty

eveerything about this hotel is excellent but in particular was the kindness and caring of all the staff unfortunetly i was quite poorly for the week i was in hua hin the concern the staff showed me was above and beyond especially the hotel maids checking on me through the day thank you so much for making a bad situation so bearable i will never forget your kindness thank you so much i would not hesitate to stay here again and thoroughly recommend this hotel

Very helpful staff, new rooms, great location
