Nice camp with nice pool but the food was a real letdown and for €30 per person, it felt like they were taking advantage of the fact that you were in the middle of nowhere. Staff were friendly and helpful and gave us a nice room which was much appreciated. Ultimately, if you’re in Marrakech anyway, probably just book a Riad with a rooftop pool and do a day trip to the desert rather than come here as it’s expensive for what it is.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, lovely gardens and quieter pool area as well as the main pool. Bathroom shower area in bedrooms needs updating to be better fitted and functional, very odd shower positioning by and unstable base.

I loved everything about this Riad and will stay here over and over again. From the design to the amenities to the cleanliness to the superb staff, everything was incredible. The food was great and staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Thank you for making our stay in Marrakech memorable.

Superbe séjour au palais Hassoun, jardin, fleuri et magnifiquement entretenu, chambre avec une décoration choisie et soigné où l’on ne manque rien. Un merci particulier à Alain, Ismael, et Majda, pour leurs gentillesse , leurs service et, leur professionnalisme. On se sent comme à la maison. Nous avons déjà prévu de revenir! Mille merci ! Beautiful Riad and it's based in the perfect location

My stay at Riad Wow was very enjoyable. The staff were consistently kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. My room included a refrigerator, and when I needed an iron, the staff brought one right away. As an experienced traveler, I appreciated the authentic Moroccan atmosphere of the riad. However, I think first‑time travelers or those unfamiliar with traditional riads should know that they are different from modern hotels. For example, there is no elevator, and being on the top floor made carrying heavy luggage challenging — but the staff immediately stepped in and carried everything for me without hesitation. Overall, the team at Riad Wow made my stay wonderful. Their friendliness, hospitality, and willingness to accommodate every need truly stood out.

Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel. Notre séjour a été gâché dès notre arrivée et nous avons été contraints de quitter l'établissement le jour même pour réserver un autre hôtel. Nous avons eu le sentiment que nos vacances nous ont été retirées au sens figuré. La gestion de notre problème a été très décevante et n'a apporté aucune solution satisfaisante. Une plainte officielle a été déposée auprès du siège social ainsi qu'auprès des autorités compétentes. Réfléchissez à deux fois avant de réserver.

The hotel is fairly new, our king bed was huge and sheets clean. They gave us nice towels. The breakfast was yummy and it’s near the ocean.

What a pretty hotel , everyone is so nice , spa was amazing and massage that I got was best I’ve ever had , will be back for sure!
