Check in was kind of wonky. They don't accept euro coins as payment for local taxes but take euro paper. Which is kind of confusing since it was only 4 euro to pay the local taxes I didn't have local currency in a low enough denomination to pay so I had to wait an extended period of time to have them get me change for 200 dirhams. The check-in person which I don't know his name because they did not have a name-tag or give a proper introduction was egotistical and condescending. Which is not good as the face of the hotel. The room was ok and the area the hotel was in was ok. Would not stay here again unless there wasn't another option as there are too many options of other places to stay.

ホテルの１階にあるレストランもバーも素敵でした。隣には高級レバノンレストランがありました。美味しかったです。お部屋も快適でした。ただ、泊まったのが月曜日だったのに、プールでパーティをしていて夜中２時まで騒音が残念でした。

Terrible expérience pour la rapport qualité prix! Chambre avec porte fenêtre qui ferme mal, terriblement humide, la porte de douche ferme pas bien donc attendez vous à avoir une piscine dans la salle de bain, je n’ai pas eu d’eau chaude et ensuite le pommeau a été monté à l’envers. L’insonorisation est mauvaise, le week end le son techno du roof top fait trembler l’établissement entier, et cerise sur le gâteau: l’ascenseur est en panne à 5h du matin pour le check out et les portes d’issus de secours verouillees!! Obligé d’attendre 20mn pour que quelqun se déplace uniquement au premier étage… également se faire refuser l’entrée du bar car on porte un short. Bref j’en passe, dépensez votre argent ailleurs!

The hotel was nice in general The location is convenient to go by feet to the medina or to the mosque. The staff in kind. The only bad thing I asked for an iron and they didn't have one.
