Im giving the hotel 3 🌟 because the dont have the amenities that are advertised. I booked through a 3rd party and it said breakfast/ restaurant available and also free access to a nearby gym. Completely understanding that the issue could solely be on the 3rd party but at the hotel front desk they have a poster advertising a small menu of food. So i ask them about that menu and its not available either. At this point im confused, if food is not available why keep the poster up. And the main reason i look for hotels with food is because i usually book early tours and excursions and dont want to have to hunt for food early in the morning. Other than that, the room was nice and comfortable

The whole hotel was beautiful, clean and the staff were all helpful and welcoming.

A small but cozy hotel. The hotel staff is friendly. Aruba, the cafe/restaurant on the ground floor serves beautiful food.

Clean room, excellent breakfast (fruit bar, salad bar, 8 different western and Khmer foods in chafing dishes, omelet to order, soup to order, a variety of bread, cappuccino machine, etc), good air conditioning, hot shower, great WiFi, nice view of the city, and close to lots of restaurants and things to do. Would’ve like some shade on the roof deck pool area, but otherwise, great.

The hotel is perfectly situated, the accommodations are exquisite, and the staff are beyond friendly and hospitable. And the restaurant serves top- notch foods. Don’t miss the happy hour for fantastic cocktails!

The receptionist should be a little more attentive . Not as friendly

The staff at this hotel was incredibly attentive and always went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The rooms were spotless, clean, and comfortable, making it a pleasure to stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
