Heidiland All inclusive Vacations

Pretty spacious room for 1 person. Has a mini fridge with some free drinks, a kettle, espresso machine, nice shower. Very close to many grocery stores and junction bus/train station. The checkout was very easy - just return the keys(they took the city tax automatically) I didn't like the big room key and the complex lights switches(one of them kept on turning off automatically. Recommanded for bundget travelers.

Nice hotel, travel into Zurich via light rail no 51 very easy.

We were a family of four (two kids) and booked the junior suite. It was perfect for us. Two rooms with a king bed and a sofa bed that was actually comfortable. The two rooms had a solid privacy divider. And there were two full bathrooms as well, which I did not know when I booked. The best part about the stay was the service. The staff really goes out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable. The location can't be beat either, being right next to the main train station and Banhofstrasse.

Broken showerhead holder. Still trash in bathroom upon check in. Mold on bathroom ceiling. Really helpful front desk employee addressing all my questions. Fine stay

It’s a convenient hotel near the airport no frills but comfortable with good AC which was critical during the heat wave

The bed linen were clean, towel was left in a way, that was not clear if used from previous guests. The fridge was not clean, there was small, but leftovers from previous customers. The room has kitchen area with sink and stove, but there were no even one glass to get a water. We had to ask from the reception desk. We just spent one night due to long transverse time between flights, I have no explanation why Expedia decided on my behalf to spent my one key points of 100GBP + 26 GBP paid myself for this basic hotel, that definitely does not deserve this money for what offers.
