This place is shocking. They have to use a translator when your talking to them as they cant understand a word your saying. Very frustrating. This booking was a mess.

Room carpet needs cleaning to maintain the high standard of the hotel. From our room, the bathtub needs fixing especially when draining out the water. Cusions in our bedroom looks like it needs a good wash already. We paid a full breakfast buffet and it didn’t meet our expections from our previous Sofitel hotel breakfast buffet in other country. Over all, we had a good experience as a family.
