Was a amazing stay & the staff are very helpful, friendly & fantastic 👌😉💚

Breakfast was lovely and staff welcoming. Plenty of trams and buses available. We walked from Milano Central to the hotel - 1 hour. Pleasant walk on the flat. Walk to the city centre approximately 15 minutes. The hotel was spotless and well maintained, decor a little dated (90s). Would recommend and would stay again.

From check in, to arranging transportation for traveling home- this was a fantastic experience. Generous breakfast available everyday, afternoon cookies and a crazy complimentary antipasti evening spread were welcomed surprises. Walkable to any place in Navigli, a great center of nightlife. Cool and modern- loved it!

Hotel was very clean and you can see it has been renovated to look modern. Room was decent size and bathroom had good hygiene products. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the breakfast selection is limited. All that appealed to me every morning was toast and a croissant, so it wasn’t worth paying for that. I would suggest adding fruit that you don’t have to peel like berries

The Bar area was clean, boy behind the bar was not helpful at all you buy the bottle and they only give you half and fill the rest with ice. Receptionists were all lovely. Property was spotless. I’d recommend this hotel if you like to uber/tram but for us was a bit too far out in a very urban area streets all around covered in graffiti etc.

When I look for a place to stay I have a long list of requirements. Uptown Palace met them all initially and when I arrived, I received outstanding service.
