Hotel is newly decorated so the furniture and the equipments are new. But all they need to be commissioned. I have faced to problems with Tv, wifi login, barriers at the car park exits while i was staying in a short time. And room service was awful. They didn’t make a hotels.com discount for my hotel extra expenses.

Clean room, helpful staff, food was very good. Loved the air con and I will stay here again

This is a lovely old school hotel. we loved every moment here - our first time in Istanbul and this place made it magical. always something to see from the terrace. hope to return soon.

Staff not cooperative at all and you need to repeat the request multiple times to get the response. Bad glue and paint smell all the time. The internet is very slow and most of the time not connected. Overall, bad experience compared to other hotels of the same price
