The hotel was lovely and clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. Good value for money. Breakfast was good but not exceptional, basic limited options. The location is rather secluded, quite far from the main attractions.

Hospitality was a top-notch, the reception guys were so attentive, polite, and helpful and treated every guest like VIP. I wanted to give the special shoutout to Burat (I might have mistaken his name, the tall curly guy), he was so quick and professional. Hotel is beautiful and well maintained, the rooms are clean and well maintained as well. The location is great - all the historical places are 10 minutes away by walking. There is a tram if you want to go to Galata/Karakoy area, the whole trip takes only about 20 minutes. Restaurants, tourist attractions, money exchange places with great rates, anything you need is just right there if you don’t want to travel far! I saw a lot of negative reviews about the breakfast, but in my opinion it was solid - good variety, the food was delicious, staff were attentive and quick as well. Overall, I give this hotel 100 out of 10 and I will definitely be back next year. Already looking forward to it!

Let's start with the Pros : The room was very clean ; The breakfast was very good and the hotel location was excellent (at 5 minutes walking distance to Taksim Square). The staff were polite and their English language was good. Cons : 1 - Our room (which was a deluxe room) was supposed to be a non-smoking room, however the previous guests had badly smoked in the room, in a way that we couldn't get rid of the smoke odor for days !!! The reception staff told me that they didn't know about it (and I believed them). However you can imagine our pain ! 2 - The other problem was about the elevators : Two of them are grouped in one location and the third one is farther in an L shape corridor ; Consequently, when you push the button to call the elevator, you can easily miss the third elevator arriving to your floor ! 3 - The checkout time was supposed to be at 12:00 PM, however they change the keys codes at 11:00 to 11:30 AM ! As a result we couldn't get to our room to take our luggage ! This policy could be okay for a 1 or 2-star hotel , but not for a 4-star hotel !

Great location steps away from important sites and restaurants. Lovely staff, very helpful. Nice rooms, delicious breakfasts. Would recommend to stay.

What’s there not to like? Don’t leave before trying their Kayseri manti! Excellent front desk staff and manager.
