Büyükada All inclusive Vacations

I would first like to mention that the staff were very kind and helpful throughout my stay. I truly appreciate all of them for their kindness, assistance, and for doing their best to provide everything I needed. To be honest, the main reason I chose this hotel was the location information provided on Expedia. It was stated that the hotel was a 13 minute walk from the mall, but in reality, I had to take a taxi every time, and the journey took around 20 minutes. Expedia also stated that the hotel was approximately 23 minutes from the airport, while the actual journey took around 40 minutes. I understand that travel times can vary depending on traffic, but this difference was significant and affected my decision to book the hotel. If I had known the actual location and travel times, I would have chosen a hotel closer to the city center rather than staying this far outside the city. Unfortunately, the hotel did not feel like a 5-star property. I have stayed at many 5-star hotels during my travels, and I expected a much higher standard. The plates and glasses had visible stains and did not look properly clean, and I honestly did not feel comfortable using them. Some of the tables hadn’t even been wiped down. Overall, I was disappointed because the actual experience was very different from what I expected.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained but the staff not very helpful in some occasions. I don’t think it’s a 5star rated expectations.

I enjoyed everything. It was an absolutely wonderful experience overall!

Friendly staff and good location. Clean rooms, a good breakfast, and an easy layout to navigate.
