Very good location. Easy check in and out. Nice and big apartment. Very clean. Groceries and restaurants very close.

Very convenient to the airport, with a shuttle service that runs 21 hours a day (extra fee, but you can get tickets when you get on the shuttle). We had an early flight, so did not eat breakfast there, so cannot rate the food.

We stayed at this hotel for one night while travelling from Voss to Oslo to catch an early morning flight from Oslo Airport. The hotel's location directly adjacent to Oslo Central Station is undoubtedly its strongest asset - extremely convenient for onward travel and if you are ok with bit of vehicle noise in the morning's. However, the room size and amenities were disappointing, particularly given the price. For a family of two adults and two children, we paid £200 per night plus additional guest charges just to get a room of a reasonable size with basic facilities such as a kettle and an instant tea provision — something I would consider a standard expectation in any hotel at this price point. The room itself offered very little beyond two used glasses in the bathroom. On a more positive note, the breakfast was decent. There was a good variety of standard items including cereals, boiled and scrambled eggs, fresh vegetables, sausages, and ham. Overall, I found this hotel expensive and overrated for what it delivers. In hindsight, choosing a hotel slightly further from the station would likely have offered far better amenities and value for money. I would not rush to return unless the location is an absolute priority.

What I don't like the most is the breakfast. There are very limited breakfast options and it's a very small buffet - compared to other 5 star hotels nearby it's inferior. The first morning, I ordered boiled eggs, I waited for more than 30 mins or so, then checked with the staff. They responded eggs had to be cooked - clearly we don't need 30 mins for hard boiled eggs. It was brought out less than 10 mins after I checked in with them You could have just admitted the order was missed and apologised. Also staff didn't show me where I could get water on the first day. I checked in and got to my room before 5pm. Complimentary filtered water bottle was brought to my room after 8pm. I can't understand how this is helpful. This is an odd customer welcome journey - it's all about the right moment at the right time - wondering if the hotel wants guests to drink and pee at night and that's why they brought it to the room so late? The same thing happened the following day. The sauna had very loud music and poor quality speakers so it's not at all a relaxing time in the sauna. I requested the music be turned down or turned off but obviously no change was made. Overall this hotel falls short of my expectations and I don't recommend.

Bathroom was a toilet & tiny sink & shower was in a separate room with another small sink. We had one bed & a pull out sofa bed which was tight for 4 people. They should have removed the 2 large arm chairs to create some space. Breakfast was included which was nice but the photos on line show heaps of food. It was a buffet style affair but the the amounts were a fraction of what was in the photos. When items were brought out they would add very little. A bit strange! It’s best to have less variety than keep everything sparse. We actually stayed for 3 days & showed up early, an hour later & slightly after & the buffet was always kept at a minimum. We were able to get fresh towels & that was nice. The shower layout was a bit tight so getting new towels helped. Overall the room was clean.
