Serra da Estrela All inclusive Vacations

Arrived January 20 for a week. It was conveniently located, making it walkable to all areas. The room was spotless. Check in was fast and staff were very helpful. They always had their famous little tarts in the lobby with fruit water. I would recommend this hotel.

Very good location, close to various restaurants, cafes, places to visit and transport links. The hotel is well maintained, has very good facilities and the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

We had a fantastic stay at Aurea Museum Hotel in Lisbon. The location is unbeatable! right in the heart of the city and perfect for exploring all the main sights. The staff were excellent: friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Breakfast was plentiful with a great variety, making it a wonderful start to each day. Overall, our stay was truly fantastic and we would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Room was very modern, spacious and clean. Cleaning staff was attentive and very easy to talk to. Sofie at the front desk was specially helpful with finding distilled water for my husband’s medical equipment. She made our stay so much more comfortable. Everyone else from reception, concierge and front door was very welcoming and eager to help. We will definitely stay again if we’re back in the Lisboa area.
