Room was very clean, staff was very helpful, sharing and guiding area amenities.

Great location, center of everything

The room was spotless and the staff was extremely freindly and cooperative

Hotel was well located with easy walk to most places we wanted to go. Breakfast was good and service was excellent. Staff were friendly and room was clean, modern and spacious.

Hotel Stefanie proved to be an excellent choice for our group of 8 friends visiting Vienna. It was much bigger than expected yet felt really cosy. Every member of staff seem to go above and beyond to help their guests from giving advice on which transport is best for the area you want to visit, restaurant reservations and the bar which served an excellent choice of wines at the end of a long day. The barman had a great sense of humour and coped with our group of 7 women and 1 man admirably - always with a smile on his face. The rooms were perfect and had everything we needed, they were warm, spotless and cosy. The breakfast buffet was the best I'd ever experienced anywhere. We will definitely return again but for longer than 3 days next time.

Beautiful accommodations. Not as much counter space as I would like in the bathroom. Free parking is limited, but plenty of paid parking on site. Great breakfast.
