One of the best stays I’ve ever had. Amazing service, delicious breakfast and cozy room

I have stayed in many 5 star properties, but have not received the level of attentiveness nor service as we have experienced at the Mont Blanc Hotel Village. The staff are truly experts at performing their respective jobs. I am literally the pickiest person when it comes to customer service and not only could I not find fault with anything here, it all exceeded my very high expectations. I am truly impressed. The accommodations are lovely in their traditional vibe, but with all of the necessary amenities (modern bathroom features, etc.). The chef is obviously skilled and the menu is very northern Italy. We have not explored the little village of La Salle as we have driven to Courmayeur to skate and ski during the day. Courmayeur is lovely and I can’t say enough about the Courmayeur Sport Complex ice rink and coaches. It was amazing being able to travel to Europe and continue my training by working with Marika Poli as my “on the road” figure skating coach. We will certainly return and bring the kids next time!

Overall very happy but our shower didn't drain properly resulting in water everywhere all over the floor and heading into hall

Very very long walk from reception to your room

Staff went above and beyond at every opportunity. Example- Air France lost our luggage a few days prior to us getting married. The staff made calls on our behalf and ensured it got delivered in time allowing our wedding plans to move forward. The food was also delicious.

The views from the property of the mountains was spectacular. The staff was polite and helpful. The spa was very nice

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very beautiful and the staff is very friendly and professional. I loved the charm and detail of the decor. It was in a great location in the middle of Cortina. I am planning to stay here again next year!

Tiene buena variedad en el desayuno, nos gustó mucho la atención y personalización del servicio. Es un buen lugar para alojarte. Además, está bien ubicado, a 20 minutos del centro en tren, y la estación de tren está solo a 5 minutos caminando del hotel. Queremos agradecer la atención de Marco, y muy especialmente la de Valentina, quienes fueron muy gentiles son nosotros, nos ayudaron con todo lo que les solicitamos y son muy amables. La pasamos muy bien allí. Esperamos volver pronto. ❤️
