Southern Madrid All inclusive Vacations

Great hotel, excellent staff. Fantastic location. Only thing that was off is the pictures showed a coffee maker in the room but they was none. Other than that I loved it there.

This is a good hotel, but I've stayed at better properties for what I paid. The room option we chose, deluxe room, turned out to be very small. It reminded me of the rooms you get in NYC. Maybe Madrid is getting to that level. Most of the rooms on our floor were being remodeled, which was not the best experience. Breakfast buffet was the only option up until 10AM, You couldn't just get coffee. The lobby and common areas are nice and well suited for brief meetings or light office work.

The description was incorrect. It said bathroom, but there was not a bathroom, but a toilet behind a glass door and a shower behind a glass door, so you heard and saw everything. The pictures were deceiving, since there was no separate bathroom. We had booked a courtyard view, but there was no courtyard we could see. Since it was called UMusic Hotel with a music hall venue, we were unable to see any music being performed while we were there for 5 nights. We asked to see the music being performed, but were told we were not allowed in for any of the shows. Highly disappointed with the listing photos of the room and access to the music hall. If this is a 5 star hotel, it did not meet the requirements as listed on the web site. But, the staff was great and the breakfast delicious.

Great location, near a variety of restaurant cuisine types. Ready check in. Comfortable beds, very clean property. Single room, big enough for 2 people. Had all the amenities we needed for a few days in Madrid. Would visit again.
