Loved the staff very nice the hotel was very clean and nice area would come back again

No issues, everything cleared smoothly.

It is good if you like warm cramped spaces. Freezer frozen, can't place items in. Refrigerator too cold, freezes items. Codes sent didn't work to open door. Rooms containing cubiks has a different code unknown to us if door is closed, locking automatically. If bed above you it squeaks when they move. Good location and easy access to Metro. Great area for walking sight seeing.

The staff is nice and usefull, but definitely under staff. The rooms are clean but the floors and furniture shows the tear and wear, need some renovations. The best part is the €15Chinese buffet inside the Hotel, seadfood is good and price definitely reasonable. If you want eat well and fast thats the place to go. The restaurant in the corner, Los Madroños is excelent, even a little pricey. inside parking is available for €5 daily. Well located,supermarket at the left corner, i recommend the Jamon Iberico there, cheap and excellent.
