Southern Madrid All inclusive Vacations

The hotel was very good for what we needed. A very short walk from Pío XII metro, the facilities were very good, hotel clean and whilst about 30 mins out from Sol (city centre) it’s very simple and cheap on the metro. Airport is also about half hour away. Very friendly check in staff, and spacious rooms. No issues whatsoever. We didn’t try the restaurant or bar here but it always smelt nice walking past. We also didn’t use the parking facilities but they were clearly signed. Would come back here again whenever we come back to Madrid Top tip: if going to the Bernabéu, catch the 150 bus. Right outside the hotel and takes you straight to the stadium in about 10 minutes. Don’t bother with the Metro.

The room I stayed in was very comfortable and the staff made sure to keep it clean every day. The hotel is also located in a centric place with easy acess to the Complutense University and other areas of the city. There are also a lot of restaurants cafes, and bars nearby. If I come back to Madrid, will definitely look to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel has an excellent location and a very interesting motif per floor, the gym and conference rooms are nice but the carpet in the rooms are dirty and they say they are unable to have them cleaned, so the rooms in the first floor at least smell. The staff is very helpful and kind unless you didn’t include breakfast in your reservation and they start to haunt you like a hawk to pay even before you sit down with a plate. That was a first for me. The smell of cigarettes comes from other rooms even if you are in a non smoking room. Even with all of that I liked it and maybe I’ll stay there again

Good hotel, front of it a big contruction, no noise, but dust and no drive trough. Don't expect anything out of the ordany.

Love Hotel Regina! This is our go to place stay in Madrid.

The location was good, but unfortunately the attitude of the front desk lady completely ruined our experience. We stayed for five days and will NOT return. One afternoon, while we were simply talking in our room, she knocked extremely hard on our door and rudely told us to be quiet. It was the middle of the day, not quiet hours, and we were not being excessively loud. We understand if someone complained, but there is a professional and respectful way to speak to paying guests. Her aggressive knocking and tone made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. Ironically, the shower and bathroom noise from the room next door was louder than our conversation. We also reported water leaking from the AC. she immediately blamed us, saying it happened because we left the AC running all day and that now it was broken and had to be replaced. It was over 99°F outside. Using the AC in that kind of heat is completely normal. Guests should not be blamed for a maintenance problem or made to feel responsible for equipment that is not working properly. Housekeeping was also disappointing. They emptied the trash and provided clean towels, but during our five day stay, our sheets were never changed. They simply made the bed using the same sheets. The location may be good, but customer service matters just as much. Management seriously needs more professional and respectful front desk service. Paying guests should never be spoken to or treated this way. We will NOT return.

This place exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything which allows you to walk everywhere. They have everything you will need, even a kitchen kit with pods for the dishwasher and other essentials. We arrived a little early and was able to access the apartment when we got there. I do recommend you check-in prior to getting there, I didn’t so I had to complete this before entering the building.
