Mornington Peninsula All inclusive Vacations

Apartment was fully equipped. However minimal lighting in kitchen and no clean up broom( was given after asking but fit for a child). As there is a kitchen, a normal broom and/or vacuum is required to keep apartments clean. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

Clean and well appointed room. Unfortunately could find the other amenities as listed - pool and gym.

2nd stay here and think it is a great hotel - well designed rooms and the restaurant Marmelo on the Ground floor is really excellent.

Stayed in a 2bdrm suite. Spacious and bathrooms are conveniently attached to each bedroom . You can close off both bedrooms. The master ensuite is smaller than the 2nd bedroom ensuite. Housekeeping was great each day at an early hour. Stayed Thurs to Mon, the Sunday night was very noisy with roadworks till at least 2am which was unfortunate as impacted sleep before travel home, we were on the 9th floor. Breakfast buffet was standard, plenty of choice, no barista coffee. Close to everything and walking distance to Melb Central shopping. Overall hotel a bit dated but cleanliness is more important to me. Didn't use pool or gym. Would stay here again if I could secure a good deal.

Great amenities and friendly check in staff

This is a family apartment hotel, not business so much. The suites are roomy and well equipped, but my windows were facing a wall (for the same price…). The breakfast selection is OK, not too many options, and it’s the same every day. The Mezzanine area is very nice. The restaurant on the ground floor is a separate business and they’re not open on weekends. The bathrooms need a renovation/upgrade.

Very large clean apartment. Perfect for romantic getaway. The only negative is if you are over 70 or disabled, getting into the bath/shower with its huge step up is really dangerous and especially risky when wet. So be aware.

Inexpensive hotel close to Southern Cross station so good location. Large room, comfortable bed and bathroom ok. Air con ok but a fan as well to cool the room and provide air flow which is good. Lift needs an overhaul as hard to get the 7th floor button to work. Also no picture on channel 7& only channel change and volume buttons, no subtitles option on the TV control. Good for the price you pay.

Check-in process was atrocious... notified in advance about my time of arrival and was informed I'd be met at the office. Upon arrival, the office was shut (no one stated this before) and I was told I'd been messaged on What's app. As an international traveller not using data roaming, this didn't come through... Finally made it to the apartment - the internet needed (you guessed) mobile data to view the passcode (?!?) and instructions for aircon were for a different apartment. Very frustrating that this info couldn't have been provided in advance Also, gym access is only for residents as an induction is needed... again not as advertised Pool area is nice though and apartment had great views over the river
