Staff were all friendly and helpful. 1 br apartment was spacious, comfortable, quiet, close to Manchester Piccadilly station. Definitely recommended.

The hotel was fab but mainly due to the fabulous staff.
The dining team were very helpful and friendly despite us being a late arrival.
Reception team were very welcoming and we would definitely stay again.

The hotel lobby is fantastic. The bedroom was tired anf toilet door wouldn't shut.
I have stopped in many hotels this last couple of years and i can honestly say this was the worst cooked breakfast i have had dry sausages, leathery tasteless bacon and what tasted like boiled mushrooms

Unfortunately the dining option was closed for the days i was staying so couldnt try but everything else was on par. The rooms are decent, you have to book slots to use the pool
