Staff is very friendly Hotel needs a refresh as the rooms are barely adequate

Room was worn, and had a strong spice/curry smell to it

Excellent location, easy to walk to many areas (Old Town, train station, lake, etc.). What really stood out was the outstanding service from hotel staff, everyone was both nice and helpful. I would give this hotel "six" stars if I could. Will definitely consider staying here again the next time I am in Zurich.

We love the kitchen concept, bring your stuff and make your meal. Great for families!!!

The fact that everything is paid for is really not pleasing up to spoon . Never heard it may be u should state it in your page that we pay for everything so we can be prepared

Very clean room... 10/10 stay

When I arrived early, the friendly staff greeted me and I was given a room within minutes. The room was beautifully set up and sparkling clean. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with various options of hot and cold foods. Meat, eggs, German bread and Brötchen along with cheeses were laid out nicely. There were fruits, vegetables, cereals, coffee, tea, juices...the works! The bar is cozy, the gym and sauna are clean. The hotel is next to public transportation and the area is safe and walkable.
