The Princess Suite was beautiful! The view of the lake and mountains from the balcony was breathtaking. The private hot tub and outdoor fireplace were amazing. The complimentary breakfast was delicious as well as the complimentary happy hour drinks. My husband and I loved staying here to end our honeymoon!

The upstairs areas are very noisy when walked on

First time pod resident here. Much better than I expected. Very friendly staff, clean pods. Very spacious compared to the videos I have seen of other Japan style small pods. Clean beds and honestly great experience. The lockers under fit those massive 32kg travel bags and you ll still have a bit more room for a couple of shoe pairs. The best thing here is the location. Close to market. Fergburger etc. It's basically the town centre's centre. Tip (you can park across the road from 6pm to 8am for free and it's $3.5 an hour after/before that. If you plan to go to the gondola and luge leave your car here. You ll need 3 hours. That includes three luge rides and go early. Also the parking Is better than the one near the gondola parking which is apparently more expensive. Why didn't I do 5 stars? ( I was a bit uncomfortable to unpack and pack my bags with other people present even when they were in their pods with curtains shut. I just hope there are clear rules (verbal) by the staff upon check in to inform others when they can make noise and when they can not. Example: I woke up at 9am and it seems everyone else was asleep still so I was very careful when packing away cause I was checking out at 10am. It was just awkward I am sure you know what I mean. But overall 8.5/10.
