Great location, everyone from front desk, bellhop, and house keeping were amazing. Customer service was the best I’ve experienced at any hotel. Room was spacious and clean.

They charged us for an umbrella we returned.
They also have a deceptive amenity charge- bait and switch. It is false advertising and in appropriate.

7.6/10 Good! (343 reviews)
The room was clean in the most basic sense of the word but the entire hotel is in a very poor state of repair. My 2 year old sliced his toe open on the wooden flooring in our room. The lift is from a time gone bye and barely functions. The bar is constantly closed as there is one member of staff running reception and the bar in the evening and they are “too busy”. Breakfast is very limited with a coffee machine that only half works, 4 croissants for around 30 people
